Membership, trial and returning members
Registration is free and every role needs approved identity verification. An approved account starts a 15-day trial, receives a day-10 reminder and then pays $35/month. One service county is included; each additional county costs $35/month. Renewal grace is seven days. No second free trial for returning members; return requires the base membership and a conditional $15 identity re-verification charge ($50 total for the first return payment, where the policy applies). This $15 re-verification is distinct from the $100 disciplinary reactivation and $30 chat rejoining fees. No booking, daily, percentage, escrow or payout platform charges.
Providers, specialties and availability
Pro Tradesmen have one primary trade with multiple specialties, choose daily rates and may accept only one job per day. A full daily rate covers eight actual working hours excluding unpaid meals; separately agreed overtime is not automatic. Handymen select hourly rates with a two-hour minimum and up to two appointments in 8–11am or noon–5pm windows. Pro Haulers may price hourly, per load or per ton, list trailer and vehicle equipment/capacity and maintain no overlapping bookings. Tradesmen and Handymen can optionally show emergency availability. Equipment and PPE are self-reported unless specifically verified.
Booking and communication rules
County Residents and Contractors can request Pro Tradesmen, Handymen and Pro Haulers. A request requires job description, general city/ZIP, specific date/time and at least one job photo. Customers may send to up to four eligible providers; first valid acceptance wins and blocks that slot. Pending requests expire at 24 hours or requested start time, whichever comes first. Withdrawing before acceptance has no cancellation penalty and deletes pending conversations. Exact address is shared only after acceptance; a provider controls optional phone disclosure afterward. Work and materials are paid directly, not through Myrmidons.
Completion, reviews, cancellation and disputes
Verified work is completed by both parties confirming or one party confirming with no dispute within 72 hours. Accepted bookings establish eligible review relationships, including pre-completion review eligibility under the approved review policy. No-shows can be reported for 24-hour uncontested processing or contested Super Admin review. Verified last-minute worker cancellation deducts five reliability points and no-show deducts fifteen; verified completion adds two. Reliability starts at 10 and stays within 0–100. Customer and worker appeal rights are limited to one documented appeal per case. Fraudulent reviews and impersonation require evidence review and proportional sanctions.
Ratings, County TOPS, rankings and Greek achievements
Professional ratings use a 1–10 scale. Zero-review professionals remain searchable but unranked and receive zero customer-rating points. The agreed ranking model is 40% adjusted customer ratings (Bayesian), 25% Greek achievement score, 20% verified jobs and 15% shared reliability, separated by county and primary trade; customer rating breaks ties. A verified job counts once toward its selected trade. The nine approved milestones occur at 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175 and 200 qualifying reviews, then every 25. Badges cannot be bought. Actual enforcement and calculated leaderboard rankings are not live yet.
Profiles, favorites, comparisons and guest privacy
Provider portfolios support up to 100 photos for eligible paid members, albums, permanent one-per-account likes and worker-specific QR merchandise. Likes never affect rankings. A customer may store ten favorite providers and compare four providers. Guest previews are limited in detail and at most five profiles per browsing experience: no detailed equipment, written reviews, availability, contact details or bookings until approved member access. Blue identity verification establishes identity only—not contractor license, vehicle insurance, criminal background checks or work quality.
Chat rooms and disciplinary rules
Three rooms: Pro Tradesmen (shared by Pro Tradesmen, Handymen and Pro Haulers), County Residents, and Contractors. Chat is restricted to identity-verified, approved members with eligible membership and no chat restriction. Community rules envision more than ten confirmed violations within a rolling 30 days triggering a seven-day suspension and conditional $30 return fee, subject to review and appeals. The $100 provider reactivation charge is distinct, used only after Super Admin approves a disciplinary return. Automated moderation, sanctions and payments remain pending.
Merchandise, customized QR and shop
Standard shirts, caps, cups and sweatshirts are planned at $25 per item, plus $10 for optional name/trade personalization, with unique scannable provider QR linking to an eligible profile or review page. Actual Super Admin merchandise records are editable and may use different prices; published non-test records can appear in the staging catalog. Stock management exists, but final tax, fulfillment, shipping, payment processing, authenticated checkout and QR production are not live.
Identity, safety, account deletion and support
All roles require authentic front/back government-issued identification and live selfie matching before approval. Haulers additionally need current vehicle insurance and expiry monitoring. Regular members may optionally enable 2FA; Super Admin requires 2FA and all changes are logged. Member deletion, minimum justified retention, privacy notices, independent identity verification, customer service refunds and enforcement appeals require dedicated production workflows. No ID images, payment cards or labor funds are currently collected by this staging build.
What actually works today?
Staging: one MFA-protected Super Admin, provider and member access records, website-content editor, merchandise editor, membership-fee management, county controls, moderation cases and audit logs. Public: responsive site, Supabase-read content, eligible directory and shop listings, fee schedule, calculator, role descriptions, booking walkthrough, chat-room landing pages and nine badge art pieces. Not live: account signup/ID vendor, recurring subscription charges, booking transactions, automated ranking/reviews, escrow/job payments (not planned), notifications, QR checkout, real onboarding and native App Store submission. Legacy interactive demos are preserved in the ZIP for historical feature reference only.
